Machine Assembler (with electrical focus) for RWT Corp dba Schaefer Machine and Potdevin Machine.

Duties and Responsibilities :

The Machine Assembler aligns, constructs and installs components of machinery, i.e. gears, motors,

electrical wiring, by interpreting schematics and blueprints. Must be able to work well within a

team-based environment and collaborate with employees from other departments.

Responsibilities :

Decipher schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Assemble sub-assemblies and

components according to engineering specifications.

Operate hand and power tools and sometimes machinery such as drills or grinders.

Test finished products for defects and ensuring proper functionality. Maintain a clean workspace

and repair or replace damaged tools.

Follow company procedures and safety rules.

Work independently with minimal supervision/guidance. Perform other job duties, as required and

requested.
