If you're driven, customer-focused, and have a proven automotive sales background, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Manage and respond to new and used vehicle internet leads. Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and online chat. Schedule appointments and help customers through the buying process. Follow up with leads to maximize appointments and sales opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and meet daily follow-up goals. What We\'re Looking For Automotive dealership experience is required . Previous internet sales, BDC, or automotive sales experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly motivated with excellent follow-up habits.
