$16-$30+ per hour (includes hourly + commission)

What You'll Do

• Create comprehensive workout and coaching plans tailored to client goals
• Motivate, educate, and guide clients through personal training sessions
• Ensure clients train safely with proper form and technique
• Provide accountability, encouragement, and regular progress reviews
• Build meaningful relationships that drive long-term success
• Help members improve their confidence, health, strength, and quality of life
• Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to changing lives every day

Qualifications

• Personal Training Certification and/or fitness-related degree preferred
• Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain
• Personal training, coaching, teaching, athletics, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and movement patterns
• Positive, energetic, and encouraging attitude
• Passion for helping others succeed
• Coachable mindset and desire for continuous growth
