We are building a restaurant that promotes an upbeat culture, stability and consistency, and plenty of future growth opportunities. Our managers are highly involved in your day to day operations, coaching and guidance, and promoting teamwork for the best work life balance of all employees.

Hosts will have oversite of the front desk, reservations, and floor operations during their shift.

Pay: Hourly based off experience level. Full Time hours available!

Shorter shifts, looking to fill nights and weekends. Great for a 2nd job to connect with people.

Areas of Focus (including but not limited to):

Connecting with our guests, creating raving fans!
Comfortable discussing the menu and promoting our features and events
Answering phones, managing take-out orders, creating waitlists for restaurant flow
Understanding the needs of our guests, from highchairs to low top tables, to those who just want a seat at the bar.
Helping clear tables and setting up for events and larger parties

Requirements :

Those with previous experience excel well in this fast paced environment, however we can work with any skill set if you bring the drive and motivation to learn.
Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
Must be, or willing to be, TIPS certified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations
