Senior Director Head of Global Process Management (US)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director to lead global Quality process management across pharmaceutical operations. This enterprise leadership role establishes and sustains end-to-end Quality processes including CAPA, deviations, change control, and risk management, translating strategy into consistent standards and governance across the global organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and enable digital transformation of global Quality processes including CAPA and change control
• Translate enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements into performance measures and improvement roadmaps
• Partner across Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Digital/IT to drive consistent adoption
• Identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities using data analysis and recommend prioritized solutions
• Lead, coach, and develop global teams while building alignment and accountability across functions and regions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or related scientific discipline
• 12+ years progressive experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or regulated industries
• 7+ years leading global teams with people management responsibility
• Deep knowledge of GMP, GCP, GLP, and global regulatory requirements
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems including CAPA, deviations, change control, investigations
• Strong understanding of Quality Risk Management and process design principles
• Experience configuring electronic Quality Management System platforms and digital workflows
