What You'll Be Doing As a Line/Prep Cook at Monkey Bar & Grille, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a fantastic dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: Handling all aspects of the kitchen, including prep work, line cooking, food running, and opening/closing duties. Following recipes to ensure portion control and consistency in every dish. Preparing high-quality meals with attention to detail and presentation. Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
