Senior Communications Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities Provide senior management and executive-level communications coaching. Lead and manage communications project teams and initiatives. Bring expertise in organizational change, workforce management, communications, speechwriting, and business process design. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in marketing, professional communications, or related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, English, History, International Relations). Additional training and certifications such as AMA PCM preferred. Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility to access Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI). Minimum ten years specialized experience in communications, inclusive of public and private sector. At least one senior level marketing planning and management position (communication planning and metrics evaluation). Experience in enterprise‑class IT, business intelligence, or national security intelligence environments strongly preferred.
