Before lunch you sync with an internal design team; in the afternoon you review drawings with a supplier and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance. $45.00 – $48.00 per hour

• Own the design of electrical component installations across complex assemblies.
• Plan and route wiring harnesses for serviceability, durability, and manufacturability.
• Develop and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electrical schematics.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external suppliers to align on interfaces, quality, and timelines.

• Self‑starter mindset with strong technical judgment and the ability to clearly communicate engineering decisions to teammates, leaders, customers, and suppliers.
• Accredited Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, computer, mechanical, agricultural, or automotive).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Background strongly preferred in automotive, construction, agricultural, aerospace/aviation, or comparable mobile equipment sectors.

The typical base compensation for this role across the U.S. is $45.00–$48.00 per hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at 1.5× the base hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, or as otherwise required by state or local law. Final offers within the stated range depend on relevant skills, education, and experience.
