Respiratory TherapistUnder the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Services Medical Director and Department Director, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician's orders, department policies and procedures.Education:Certificate from an accredited Respiratory Care ProgramAssociate Degree in Respiratory Therapy preferredExperience:Minimum is 0-3 months, Graduate Respiratory Therapist, Board eligibleWith current State of Florida license.Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations:National Board Registered in Respiratory CareCurrent State of Florida license as a Registered Respiratory TherapistCPR CertificationSpecialized Knowledge and Skills:Basic computer knowledgeAbility to use ABG machine, (drawing and analysis), Non-invasive O2 Sat., Ventilators, EKG, 24 hr.
