Bilingual Experienced HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bilingual HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service to residents in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work. Key Responsibilities: * Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) * Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment and property systems * Respond promptly to service requests and work orders * Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues as needed * Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and up to code * Communicate effectively with residents and team members in both English and Spanish * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Assist with unit turns, inspections, and property upkeep * Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications: * Minimum 2+ years of HVAC experience (apartment/multifamily preferred) * EPA Certification (required) * Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and general maintenance * Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems independently * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to work on-call, weekends, or after-hours as needed Preferred Skills: * Experience in apartment or property management maintenance * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions What We Offer: * Competitive pay * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive team environment
