Corporate Event Planner

A financial services firm is seeking a Corporate Event Planner to support in-person and virtual meetings, webinars, and events. The position is fully on site at their office in San Francisco. Job Details Lead the planning and execution of virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, webinars, and special events Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite and day-of event support, including occasional evening coverage Manage and oversee virtual event platforms to ensure seamless attendee experiences Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers Coordinate event staffing needs and schedule appropriate coverage for all programs and events Partner with catering, audio-visual, and other event vendors to ensure flawless execution Salary Range: $110,000 - 130,000 annually, based on experience Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in corporate event planning or event management Availability to provide occasional early morning and evening event support Professional, personable, and highly customer service oriented Tech‑savvy, with hands‑on experience managing webinars and virtual events through platforms such as Zoom Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
