Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg Ortho/Neuro unit. This unit consists of 21 beds, offering a mix of private and semi-private rooms. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in alignment with nursing standards and protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care in EPIC.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Assist with admissions and discharges as assigned, particularly during charge nurse hours.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred.
• Basic arrhythmia knowledge is required.
