This person must have passed the bar in Virginia. This is a full time in office position. Responsibilities Conduct closings in offices and out of the office when needed Draft documents in preparation for closing (Deeds, contracts, escrow agreements, etc.) Work with processors to solve title issues (breaks in the chain of title, estate issues, legal description discrepancies, etc.) Communicate internally with the Allied Title processing team and externally with clients, government entities, surveyors, etc. to facilitate title issue resolution If needed, coordinate with underwriting counsel Qualifications Must have passed the bar in Virginia.
