In this full-time role, you'll evaluate, plan, and deliver impactful speech therapy services for children ages 3-21 with physical and intellectual disabilities. - Train staff on Functional Communication Systems and assistive communication devices
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of progress
- Licensed by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure (required)
- ASHA certification (required)
- DESE educator license (preferred)
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel between sites as needed
- Experience working with developmental disabilities and dysphagia
- Knowledge of AAC, sign language, or assistive communication systems (preferred)
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply; 3+ years of experience preferred
- Ability to pass a CORI background check
