Associate Customer Experience Specialist

Overview Associate Customer Experience Specialist – fully onsite at Atlanta, GA office (Sandy Springs). Must be authorized to work in the United States. The role is front‑line support delivering high‑quality service via voice, chat, and email. Schedule & Training On‑site training starts August 24, 2026: Monday‑Friday 8:00am–5:00pm ET. Post‑training: Monday‑Friday 8:00am–8:00pm ET. Shift is 8.5 hours, flexible within this window. Responsibilities Efficient application login and availability: log into multiple business applications promptly during scheduled hours. Manage customer interactions across channels – chat, voice, email, and new platforms as introduced. Inquiry handling & issue resolution without scripts; tailor solutions to each customer. Multitask for accurate problem resolution across systems, reviewing SOPs and account data. Professional and empathetic communication – maintain calm, polite, and empathetic tone. De‑escalate and manage quality control, demonstrating professionalism under pressure. Accurate and timely documentation in company systems, within two minutes after contact closure. Internal communication and follow‑up using email and CRM case notes. Continuous learning and training on system updates and product changes. Contribute to the knowledge base and improvement processes. Manage work pace and performance to meet volume, quality, and compliance targets. Required Skills & Qualifications High volume customer contact across multiple channels. Proficiency using multiple software applications simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication. Detail‑oriented documentation following procedures. Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to change. Calm, empathetic, solution‑focused demeanor. Excellent time management and multitasking ability. Ability to adapt to new systems and product updates. Strong computer navigation skills, Windows OS experience. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Two years of customer‑facing or knowledge delivery experience preferred. Working Environment Office‑based in the Atlanta office. Company‑issued equipment provided. Employees expected to be on camera during training and meetings via Teams or Zoom. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $18.00 per hour.
