Job Summary The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining environmental, health, safety, and security programs across all North American locations. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, NOMs, and internal standards while driving a proactive safety culture. The EHS Manager monitors incident investigations, develops training programs, oversees site security operations, and partners with leaders across the network to identify hazards, reduce risk, and maintain a safe, healthy, and secure work environment. Environmental Health and Safety (60%) Plan and implement environmental and safety policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EPA, OSHA, and NOMs Create, schedule, and deliver safety training programs for managers and employees, including new‑hire safety orientation Review and investigate incident reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely documentation Responsible for the administration of the AIC Safety Portal Partner with Park Ohio EHS Director Ensure root‑cause analysis and corrective action plans are completed and verified Enforce proper use of safety equipment through supply chain managers and site leaders Develop, maintain, and monitor emergency action plans Participate in the management of workers’ compensation cases Maintain accurate records for all environmental programs, OSHA, and NOMs compliance Lead Network Safety Committee meetings and activities to support development of EHS programs Security Management (10%) Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards across North American locations Oversee security operations and personnel at NA sites Ensure consistent execution of security protocols, access control, and incident response Partner with facilities and leadership to identify and mitigate security risks Manage CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) compliance within warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to CBP Minimum Security Criteria including physical security, access controls, CCTV surveillance, visitor management, employee screening, and secure loading/unloading processes Data, Reporting & Compliance (20%) Track and compile data for Corporate Safety metrics and reporting Responsible for the completion and submission of SARA Tier II reports annually Responsible for the completion and maintenance of OSHA 300 logs annually Monitor AIC (Safety Portal) observations and inspections for compliance, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, corrective actions, and adherence to Leader Safety Playbook requirements Support preparation of the annual safety and health budget Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards Recommend improvements to reduce incidents, enhance safety culture, and strengthen compliance Benefits Medical insurance Health saving account Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Pension Plan Paid time off Referral program Employee Assistance Supply Technologies provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
