Events & Campaign Marketing Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events & Campaign Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a central part in planning and executing events that bring our brand to life — from industry conferences and trade shows to webinars and customer-facing activations. You will also develop marketing campaigns that drive lead generation for core products across marketing channels. Coordinate end-to-end logistics for trade shows, customer meetings, webinars, and virtual events — including vendor management, booth coordination, speaker scheduling, and on-site execution Own event timelines, budgets, and project plans from kickoff through post-event wrap Management and coordination of tradeshow booth properties and demo equipment Work with scientific team on abstract submissions and deadlines Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external event partners Track event performance metrics and deliver post-event reports with clear findings and recommendations Maintain master events calendar, keeping all deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies on track Campaign Management Support the development and execution of event-driven marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels Assist in creating customer-facing materials including application notes, brochures, and webinar content Manage the design vendor relationship, coordinating feedback and approvals across campaign projects Build and implement campaigns in HubSpot, including messaging, promotional copy, and lead generation workflows Write and edit MarCom content to ensure customer focus, strong value propositions, clear calls to action, and brand compliance across all programs Seeking a creative and organized marketing professional to coordinate events and develop campaigns that support lead generation and business growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pion
