Internal Help Desk Specialist

Salary: $39,520 - 45,760 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in a related field, or an associate degree paired with relevant work experience.

• We need the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support.
• We look for adaptability with new ticketing platforms and chat-based support tools.
• We expect quick learning and the ability to work with emerging technologies and software.
• Help desk experience of at least 1 year is required.
• Microsoft Office experience of at least 2 years is required.
• We prefer candidates who can complete 6 weeks of training.
• We need someone who can work both independently and collaboratively.
• We seek strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications are a plus but not required.
• We require a bachelors degree, with an associate degree preferred for some consideration.
• We need the ability to commute to Waco, TX 76701 and relocate before starting, if needed.

• We respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails from distributors.
• We diagnose technical problems and provide effective support to end users.
• We escalate complex matters to senior team members when appropriate.
• We use Freshservice to log, track, document, and resolve support requests.
• We keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• We identify recurring issues and report patterns that can help improve processes.
• We deliver high-quality customer service and work to maintain customer satisfaction.
• We participate in team meetings and training sessions to strengthen our technical knowledge.
• We may assist in chat queues when needed.
