About the Position
We are currently seeking a CDL A Route Delivery Driver for our client in Southborough, Massachusetts. This position offers component pay with an average weekly earning potential of $ . The role involves driving reefer freight with no touch handling, primarily covering New England, New York, and New Jersey.
Pay & Schedule
- Component pay: $0.57 per mile, $30 per stop
- Average weekly pay: $
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start time: 3-4 AM
- Hours per day: 8-12 hours
- Stops per day: 1-4 with back haul
Job Details

- Freight: Reefer freight
- Equipment: Automatic transmission, 53' trailer
- Handling: No touch - bumping docks only
Key Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations
- Adhere to all safety and DOT regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
- Valid CDL A
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
