As a working manager, the Recruitment Coordinator interviews, pre-screens and makes job offers. Works with all departments on employment needs, and coordinates advertising and recruitment for open positions. Coordinates and attends career and job fairs to recruit workers and promote public awareness of KETCH. Develops and manages a vigorous, comprehensive approach to recruitment and hiring of employees with a heart to support adults with disabilities. M-F 8-4:30. Hiring immediately.
