Contract Bus Driver 2026/27

Bus Driver Contract Position (2026-27) The Spencerport School District is currently accepting applications for contract bus drivers for the 2026-27 school year. This is an exciting career opportunity. Individuals must have the ability, patience and self-motivation to create a pleasant and safe transportation experience for students of all ages. Paid training is provided to obtain NYS Class B CDL ($16.00 per hour). Applicants must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment for the NYS Education Department before employment begins. Minimum Qualifications Must be able to pass required physical (good hearing, vision of at least 20/10 with or without glasses, blood pressure less than or equal to 160/90) and pass the NYS Class B CDL road test. Salary / Rate of Pay Starting at $21.45 per hour, based on experience. Appointment This is a 10 month position during the school year, September through June, with summer opportunities available.
