Experienced Coffee Field Service Technician

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our expert team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cutting‑edge coffee and espresso equipment. Our team of service technicians are factory‑certified pros with an average of over a decade in the field; you'll be in good company. Responsibilities Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the FieldAware app, our field service management software Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated timeframes Maintain your company‑provided service vehicle in a neat, organized, and well‑stocked condition Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation for after‑hours service Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery Requirements Previous experience in the coffee industry High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured Proven customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of multimeter use Vo‑Tech school degree; or one to two years related experience with electrical and hydraulic systems Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Calendar) Benefits Negotiable starting wage of \$23 - \$28 an hour, plus productivity bonuses that average an additional \$2 per hour for technicians Take home service vehicle with gas card Company issued credit card for business related expenses including tools, our technicians do not spend any money out of pocket Bring your own device policy with \$30 per pay period cell phone reimbursement In‑house technical support and training provided by our highly experienced technicians Medical, dental and vision insurance Retirement account matching Generous vacation policy & paid holidays Company paid life insurance & long term disability Ongoing career development & training Educational assistance program that reimburses tuition Employee discounts on items from our product division, Intermix Beverage #J-18808-Ljbffr Espresso Services Inc.
