PharmD or equivalent; Washington Pharmacist license at hire and NPI required 5+ years of acute-care inpatient pharmacist experience including inpatient pharmacy operations (ICU and ER background required) 3+ years leading direct reports with hiring/termination responsibility 2+ years managing operational/project budgets Experience developing clinical workflows with multidisciplinary hospital teams #J-18808-Ljbffr AVASearchGroup
