• Provide high-quality physical therapy care to outpatient orthopedic patients
• Float to neighboring clinics when necessary
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Conduct 12-14 patient consultations per day with potential double-booking for follow-ups
• Ensure all overtime hours are approved by the director
