Operations Manager

Operations ManagerLove being the person who keeps everything running smoothly? We're looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives on solving problems, building strong teams, and finding smarter ways to get things done. Here's your chance to take ownership, drive improvements, and make a real impact! As Operations Manager, you'll oversee production, supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and quality while keeping safety, efficiency, and delivery on track. You'll lead department managers, improve processes, monitor key performance metrics, and work across teams to keep operations moving in the right direction. What we're looking for: 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in operations or supply chain leadership. A bachelor's degree, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems, plus a proven ability to develop teams and drive results.
