Job Description:

- Oversee all rehabilitation services within the facility.
- Manage and supervise therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP, assistants).
- Develop and implement patient care programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with facility leadership on staffing and budgeting.
- Active license as SLP, OT, or PT
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to drive clinical excellence and team performance
- Pay: $2,119.82 - $2,185.38 / week
- Location: Lakewood, NJ
- Assignment Length: 26
- Shift: Day - up to 40.00 hours per week
