Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and train state-of-the-art machine learning models, optimizing them to tackle complex real-world problems.
• Design and implement an RLAIF (Reinforcement Learning from AI Feedback) pipeline to enhance our search functionalities.
• Dive into new model architectures-have a novel idea? Prototype it, test it, and see how it stacks up against existing solutions!
• Work with extensive datasets, crafting large-scale, high-quality data solutions to power our models.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-15 years in a commercial ML role; startup orientation and enthusiasm for AI innovation are highly valued over years alone.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and/or scikit-learn.
• Specialized Skill: Ability to code a transformer from scratch in PyTorch.
• Education: Graduate-level machine learning experience from a top-tier university (proof of grades required).
• Mindset: A strong commitment to improving knowledge accessibility, with a keen understanding of its global impact.
