Client Advisor

Summary The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role builds and maintains lasting client relationships, demonstrates deep product and brand knowledge, and supports operational excellence on the sales floor. Responsibilities Provide impeccable service and act as an ambassador for the brand. Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and mentor team members during the sales ceremony. Consistently achieve monthly individual and store sales targets. Proactively source new clients and develop business using CRM tools. Maintain and update client records to build and retain long‑term relationships. Assist with merchandising and upkeep of the shop floor to uphold brand standards. Requirements 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience selling Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear.
