OTR/L Occupational Therapist - Rehab for Independence

Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our rehabilitation team. The role involves evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve daily living activities and independence. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate residents and families on treatment plans, document progress, and ensure services comply with state and federal regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
