We are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant with strong drive, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Guide customers through the car-buying process with honesty, transparency, and a high level of professionalism. Actively listen to customer needs to help them select the right new Ford or quality pre-owned vehicle. Perform vehicle walk-arounds and conduct test drives. Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers, following up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business. Learn and stay up-to-date on new Ford models, options, and vehicle technology. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and a professional personal appearance. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: No previous sales experience required! We will train the right candidate. Driven & Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and achieve performance goals. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport easily, listen actively, and speak confidently with customers from all walks of life. Positive Attitude: Upbeat, team-oriented, and dependable. Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a standard background check.
