Salary Range: $27.72 - $39.60/hr (based on experience)

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, skilled RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.

Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, reporting changes as needed.
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and provide necessary interventions.
• Perform diagnostic tests, procedures, and other treatments as ordered by medical providers.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for best care practices within the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
• 1+ year of acute care RN experience (recent preferred, but all considered).
• Active RN License (Florida or Multistate Compact).
• BLS Certification (Must be obtained within 30 days of start).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required (BSN preferred).
