We are actively recruiting right now for the upcoming school year starting in August 2026! We are looking for paraprofessionals and classroom aides to support special education students. Zen Educate partners with public and charter schools across various school districts to build stronger school communities. As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you'll work closely with licensed teachers to support K–12 students with special needs in the classroom. Your role will focus on helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally by providing one-on-one and small group assistance tailored to their IEP goals. Assisting the classroom teacher -Work with individual and (or) small groups of students to reinforce instructed material -Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as needed -Support with personal care or hygiene as needed, including toileting Experience working with children with Special Educational needs Experience working with personal care US Work Authorization - Zen Educate cannot provide sponsorship for an employment visa or relocation assistance at this time. Applicants must have professional proficiency in English Additional physical requirements may be requested during your application process Past work experience in a school CPI Training Pay: $19 - $21 per hour, paid weekly.
