Your Impact

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machinery to meet part specs and timelines.
• Monitor production runs for consistency, quality, and output.
• Handle routine preventive maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Inspect completed work to verify accuracy against drawings and standards.
• Share ideas with the team to streamline setups and shorten cycle times.
• Keep work areas organized and compliant with shop standards.
• Log production data and communicate issues to supervisors.

What Helps You Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification a plus.
• Previous CNC operating experience.
• Working knowledge of CNC equipment and introductory programming.
• Fluency in reading blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability.
