Intake Clinician - Mental Health Access & Assessment

Universal Hospital Services Inc.

Valle Vista Health System in Greenwood, IN, seeks an Access Center Intake Clinician to coordinate requests for behavioral health services, assess patient needs, and refer to appropriate resources. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and interface with managed care organizations, payers, and crisis resources as needed. This position is based at 898 East Main Street, Greenwood, IN 46143 with weekday hours from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
