Pay: $22$24/hr + tip share

We are hiring a strong, reliable cook for a morning shift position at My Father's Barbeque.

This is not an entry-level role. You must be able to prep efficiently, cook consistently, and have the kitchen ready for service by opening time.

What You'll Do:

Prep ingredients and recipes for the day
Cook and prepare food so kitchen is ready by opening (10:30 AM)
Execute BBQ meats and sides with consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station
Work with urgency to stay ahead of service

What We're Looking For:

2+ years kitchen experience (BBQ, grill, or prep preferred)
Able to move fast and stay focused in a busy kitchen
Reliable and on time no late arrivals
Can work independently without constant direction
Strong work ethic and team mindset

Schedule:

Morning shift (start around 8:008:30 AM)
Must be ready for service by 10:30 AM
Weekend availability required
