We are an established pest control company looking for an experienced, dependable technician with active California Branch 2 and Branch 3 licensing.

This is an opportunity for an experienced pest control professional who wants to work for a smaller company where their experience is valued, their work matters, and they have the ability to take ownership of jobs from inspection through treatment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with both general pest control including rodent exclusion and wood-destroying organisms, including termites, and is comfortable working independently in residential properties. A high level of professionalism, good judgment, and clear communication with customers and property managers are important for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform general pest control inspections and treatments
• Inspect for and identify termites and other wood-destroying organisms
• Perform localized termite treatments and other appropriate corrective work
• Diagnose pest issues and determine appropriate treatment methods for GP, rodent and termite issues
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and property managers
• Accurately document inspections, treatments, materials used, and job details
• Safely handle and apply pesticides in accordance with label requirements and California regulations
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide a high level of service in customers' homes
• Work independently and make sound decisions in the field

Required Qualifications

• Current California Branch 2 license/registration or equivalent applicable credential
• Current California Branch 3 license/registration or equivalent applicable credential
• Professional experience performing pest control, rodent exclusion and termite work
• Strong knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, pesticide application, and safety
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and coworkers
• Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
