Lead Technical Sourcer
MAXIMUS
Maximus is currently seeking a Lead Technical Sourcer. The Lead Technical Sourcer leads the development and execution of innovative, data‑driven sourcing strategies for complex and niche technical roles, including cleared and highly specialized IT positions. This role leverages advanced research methodologies, market intelligence, and cutting‑edge sourcing tools to identify, engage, and secure top talent in competitive government contracting environments. Responsibilities include building and optimizing high‑quality talent pipelines, conducting in‑depth candidate research and outreach, negotiating candidate engagement, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The Lead Technical Sourcer also mentors junior sourcers, collaborates with recruiters and senior stakeholders, enhances employer branding, and maintains rigorous compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and affirmative action requirements while continuously improving sourcing processes and outcomes.
