What You Will Have an Opportunity To Do We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive and throughout their stay. The Guest Services Agent welcomes guests, assists with luggage, and provides knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area, guiding guests to their rooms. Your Role Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and showing sincere interest. Interact with all guests; welcome each guest as they arrive. Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle and escort them to the front desk for check‑in. Escort guests, their luggage, and explain amenities and fun facts as they are led to their rooms. Work collaboratively with attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience. Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized. Be the difference by exceeding expectations and going beyond the norm. What Are We Looking For? At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction. Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for the past 6 months. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Ability to solve problems as they arise. Strong teamwork skills. Pleasant and helpful personality. Ready to work full shifts standing and moving between hotel areas. Strong desire to make an impact on others. Outgoing and engaging personality. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Capability to stand for the duration of the shift. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation Hourly rate: $16.00 – $18.00. Actual compensation packages vary based on factors such as skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
