If you're ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us.Your JobThis Packaging Specialist position is responsible for the labeling, pouring, and packaging engineered resins manufactured for photochemistry applications. A detailed breakdown of the different responsibilities associated with this position is defined below. 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) is available for this position.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all Spectra health and safety and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.Responsible for applying product and compliance labels onto cartridgesResponsible for pouring engineered resins from mixing tanks into cartridgesResponsible for bagging and boxing engineered resins into individual bags and cartonsResponsible for taping cartons, inserting into master box, and palletizingResponsible to follow and maintain all the documentation associated with quality controlSuggest procedural and process improvements to meet or exceed the plant's productivity and quality goals.Provide firsthand support to Fulfillment on any manufacturing process issuesMaintain effective communication channels (oral and written) to all levels at plantCore CompetenciesGood attendance recordExcellent verbal communication skills.Solid problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work on an independent basis.Strong organizational and time management skills.Work Environment and Physical Demands:Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery noise, temperature changes, and particulate materials.Ability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods.Education and TrainingHigh School diploma or equivalentWhat we offerMedical/dental/vision insurance3% 401k matchLunch catering 3 days a weekUnlimited access to 3d printingWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
