This role serves as a functional subject matter expert for HR master data, HRIS operations, data quality, reporting, security administration, and issue resolution. The position works closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external support partners to ensure accurate employee data, efficient HR processes, and reliable system performance. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of HR processes, and experience supporting enterprise HR systems in a complex global environment. What Are You Going To Do? HRIS Support & Administration Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (MyHR). Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues and service requests. Support system maintenance activities and release validation. Partner with external vendors and support teams to resolve system defects. Assist with testing and validation of system enhancements and fixes. Data Quality & Data Governance Monitor and analyze employee data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve data quality issues across HR systems. Perform audits, data validation activities, and reconciliation exercises. Support data correction and cleanup initiatives. Partner with HR teams to improve data quality and process compliance. Payroll Support Support payroll-related data investigations and issue resolution activities. Partner with Payroll teams to identify and resolve employee data issues impacting payroll processing. Assist with payroll testing and validation activities. Analyze payroll-related system defects and coordinate resolution with support partners. Reporting & Analytics Develop, maintain, and distribute HR and workforce reports. Support recurring operational, compliance, and audit reporting requirements. Analyze reporting discrepancies and data inconsistencies. Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and recommend solutions. Security & Access Administration Support HRIS security administration and user access processes. Process access requests, role changes, and security reviews. Assist with periodic audit and compliance activities. Maintain documentation related to security roles and access controls. Ticket & Vendor Coordination Manage and prioritize HRIS support tickets. Track issue resolution progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with SAP support teams, consultants, and vendors to resolve defects. Document issues, testing results, and resolution activities. Required Qualifications 5 years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions. Experience supporting payroll-related HR data and issue resolution. Experience with HR reporting and data analysis. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications SuccessFactors Employee Central experience. Experience supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll environments. Experience working with global HR organizations. Knowledge of HR data governance and audit controls.
