Position Responsibilities

• Maintains flexibility with scheduling to accommodate departmental needs.
• Cleans designated areas, equipment, and utensils after each meal following set procedures.
• Adheres to safety guidelines in the work area by lifting properly, cleaning up spills, using carts for transporting items, and taking precautions to prevent accidents.
• Follows proper procedures for food preparation, station light-cooking (non-production), food handling, and serving.
• Wipes down tables and chairs in the cafeteria.
