To qualify, you need a current Ohio RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 6 months of RN experience in medical-surgical, critical care, stepdown, or emergency department units. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected. Recommended skills include strong organizational and leadership abilities, critical thinking, and the ability to develop and perform patient care plans to enhance outcomes.
