Overview Pay: $28.00+ per hour, depending on experience Location: 916 Wall St, Bend, OR (In person) Rooted and designed in Portland, OR, Bridge & Burn is classic, functional, distinctively Northwest apparel for all. Bridge & Burn officially launched in 2010. Bridge & Burn was founded by Erik, a Bend native who draws deep inspiration from Central Oregon’s landscape and culture. Now living back in Bend, Erik and the team are excited to open a retail location in the community that has always been at the heart of the brand. Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our new Bend retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and driving sales and profitability from day one. Lead the opening of the Bend location, including setup, hiring, and establishing store culture Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support Create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained Oversee visual merchandising to maximize sales potential and reflect the Bridge & Burn brand Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates Interview, hire, and train new employees as needed Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, track performance, and make informed business decisions Collaborate with the Portland team on brand standards, inventory flow, and marketing initiatives Experience Proven experience in team management within a retail environment Strong knowledge of retail operations, including cash register operation, stock management, and visual merchandising Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers Experience in conducting interviews and hiring new employees Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficient in using technology such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Experience opening a new retail location is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Bridge & Burn
