About the job you're considering Capgemini is hiring an **Onsite Senior Java Full Stack Developer** to work with a scrum team in an onshore-offshore delivery model. Your role • Navigate stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment on technical deliverables. • Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java/J2EE technologies and modern front-end frameworks. • Capable of conceptualizing latest technology landscape requirements and driving technical solutions. • Work in a team covering business and technology with representatives from client to produce overall quality delivery. Your skills and experience • 10+ years of solid experience in Restful Web Services, Spring MVC Framework, Angular, and Core Java. • Experience working in Agile projects. • Capable of conceptualizing latest technology landscape requirements and driving technical solutions. • Strong understanding of various technology components and their capabilities. • Works in a team covering business and technology with representatives from client to produce overall quality delivery. • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in designing scalable web applications. • Strong analytical thinking to examine data flow and connect components/networks in an efficient manner. • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions and troubleshooting. • Strong knowledge of activities across every phase of delivery from requirement analysis to product release and post-production support. • Hands-on experience and expertise with Java/J2EE technologies, Spring Boot Framework, Restful Web Services, Hibernate, and Spring JPA. • Knowledgeable in front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Ajax, and frameworks such as Angular and VueJS. • Experience working with RDBMS technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL (tables handling and SQL queries), and Oracle Database. • Experience using version control tools such as GIT. • Familiarity with build tools including Maven and Jenkins. • Familiarity with Spring Cloud, Nginx, NodeJS, and Redis. • Hands-on experience creating and deploying application artifacts such as .war, .ear, and related packages in application servers. • Experience in performance testing and application tuning. #LI-SD1The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82,082 to $193,440 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
