Acts as a liaison between the referring provider/facility, registration, clinic support, and intake teams to ensure timely and accurate authorization of care. Provides excellent customer service by employing Olympic Medical Center standards. Uses knowledge of insurance coverage and authorization requirements to ensure appointments are authorized appropriately.Education: High School diploma or GED required.
