UW Medicine Primary Care at Fremont has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. Part time, 32 hours per week, 80% FTE. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-4:30pm. Day shift.

Primary job responsibilities include providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging. Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments. Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information. Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery. Other duties as requested.

Requirements include high school graduation or equivalent AND one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR an equivalent combination of education/experience.

UW Medicine Primary Care is a network of clinics located throughout the Puget Sound region. The clinics offer a wide spectrum of primary care services, as well as secondary care, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Urgent care services are offered seven days a week at select locations.

Pay Range Minimum: $24.30 hourly
