We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled permanent Project Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the construction industry, where you will be involved in managing multiple projects and ensuring the highest quality of work. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects, ensuring plans adhere to contract specifications. Responsibilities:

• Assisting the project manager in the planning, management, and execution of construction projects.
• Reviewing and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other written or verbal instructions.
• Coordinating with the project team and subcontractors to ensure all technical aspects of the project are accurately executed.
• Utilizing Procore for project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication.
• Conducting quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Preparing and submitting project reports, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensuring all safety and compliance measures are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement project strategies and optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a project engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Procore or equivalent project management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with project management and team coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on project needs.
