Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Branch Manager for our traffic control client to start immediately at $80k-$95k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of branch crews, equipment, and field activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations. This position is responsible for supporting effective project delivery, developing employees, and maintaining strong operational performance across the branch.

The Branch Manager provides overall leadership for branch operations, including safety, staffing, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and customer service. This is a hands-on working manager position that requires direct participation in traffic control and field operations as needed.

We are looking for an operationally driven leader with strong financial judgment, customer relationship abilities, and the capacity to balance corporate objectives with customer requirements and locally available resources. The ideal candidate is a motivated, purpose-driven professional who performs well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is dedicated to operational excellence.

• Crew and Equipment Management: Lead branch crews and oversee equipment deployed to remote work locations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and customer expectations are met.
• Customer and Municipal Relations: Maintain professional relationships with customers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies. Coordinate project notifications, obtain required permits, and ensure all work complies with applicable regulations.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making: Evaluate operational challenges quickly and use sound independent judgment to implement practical, effective solutions.
• Personnel and Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules, coordinate labor requirements, and ensure project documentation and required paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
• Project Planning and Execution: Organize, schedule, and monitor projects to optimize productivity, service quality, cost control, and overall efficiency.
• Staffing and Performance Management: Evaluate employee skills and performance, support hiring and termination recommendations, and ensure team members receive appropriate training and development.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain responsibility for branch safety performance, including adherence to DOT regulations, industry standards, company policies, and all related compliance requirements.
• 24/7 Availability: Support demanding operational schedules that may include after-hours work, evenings, weekends, emergency response, and urgent project needs.
• Procurement and Financial Reporting: Coordinate material requests, oversee billing-related activities, and maintain reliable revenue forecasts and financial information.
• Travel: Travel as necessary to support project oversight, customer needs, field operations, and branch management responsibilities.

Schedule/Shift Details: First Shift

• Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• At least 10 years of traffic control and safety experience preferred, including hands-on crew experience and formal industry training.
• At least 10 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Sets the standard through personal commitment to safety, ethical conduct, and work-life balance.
• Communicates clearly and effectively while building credibility with employees, vendors, customers, and agency representatives.
• Builds collaborative, high-performing teams and makes timely, well-informed decisions.
• Takes ownership of branch financial performance, with a focus on profitability, cash flow, and responsible cost management.
• Represents the company professionally in all interactions with customers, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and other external partners.
• Thorough knowledge of state regulations governing traffic control devices, materials, and related applications.
• Active participation in relevant industry associations, coalitions, and state DOT partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Viewpoint software is preferred.
• Strong financial understanding, including the ability to interpret balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and operational financial reports.
