About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of GTM for Research Services to lead the commercial launch of a new market research service. This role is pivotal in blending the speed and scale of the company's platform with expert-led research services, creating an AI-native alternative to traditional market research. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and co-owning the go-to-market strategy, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and target segments. They will work closely with the Head of Market Research to shape the offering, establish metrics, and engage in full-cycle sales, from pipeline generation to deal closure. The role also involves partnering with marketing to build the company's presence in the market research industry and acting as a thought leader in the AI and research space. Applicants for the Head of GTM, Research Services role at the company should have significant experience in growing market research services, insights consulting, or research technology businesses. A strong network of market research buyers and practitioners is essential, as is deep domain expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. The ideal candidate will be AI-savvy, a proven builder in a commercial setting, and a consultative seller with a focus on expertise. Cross-functional operational skills and the ability to work fluidly with sales, marketing, research, and product teams are also required. Bonus points for experience in launching new service lines, public speaking on AI in market research, and a background in both SaaS and agency sales.
