Responsibilities Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. Establish community relationships essential to building your own business. Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting our customers first. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership. Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years. No drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
